What is the price for each scheduled maintenance service?
Hyundai Australia will publish the maximum price that customers will pay for scheduled maintenance services on eligible vehicles at participating Hyundai dealers. These are available by completing the online service quote. The following vehicle information will be required (model year, model, and variant). The published maximum price will be valid for an applicable effective period. New maximum prices may apply at the expiry of that effective period.
Where can a Hyundai Genuine Service be carried out?
A Hyundai Genuine Service can be carried out by any Participating Hyundai Dealership. A list of participating Hyundai Dealerships can be found at Find a Dealer.
What can I do if I am travelling and my Hyundai needs servicing or repairing?
Whether it’s a scheduled service or an unexpected repair, every Hyundai Service Centre in Australia is authorised to service your Hyundai, so you’re free to visit any one of them. A list of all Hyundai Dealerships can be found at Find a Dealer.
Performing maintenance work on a vehicle can be dangerous. If you don’t have sufficient knowledge and experience or the proper tools and equipment to do the work, we recommend that the system be serviced by an authorized dealer.

[H1] Hyundai Quick Service: Hyundai Quick Service is an initiative that provides an alternative to conventional servicing. The Quick Service process aims to perform the Service on the vehicle using dedicated technicians and return the vehicle to the client ASAP to get them underway sooner. The scope of the Quick Service is limited to a Vehicle Health Check, and any services outside of this will require additional time. To see the scope of work for a Vehicle Health Check, click here.
[H2] Genuine Parts: Hyundai Genuine Parts are backed by a 12-month, 20,000km warranty (whichever occurs first), when installed at a participating authorised Hyundai Service Centre. You can find out more about our warranty program by downloading the full Parts Terms and Conditions.
[H3] Lifetime Service Plan: For the benefit of Hyundai owners, Hyundai provides online quotes, which specify the maximum price applicable for a vehicle’s next scheduled maintenance Service at a participating authorised Hyundai Dealer and using Hyundai Genuine Parts (where required). Online quotes are available at www.hyundai.com/au/en/find-a-dealer#service and apply for a stated effective period only, and may change after that period without notice. Standard scheduled maintenance Services are of limited scope. The benefit of online quotes is available for all Hyundai’s, for their lifetime. [H4] Premium Roadside Support Plan: 12 months included Premium Roadside Support when you buy a new Hyundai internal combustion engine or hybrid vehicle from a participating authorised Hyundai Dealer. For purchases of new Hyundai battery electric vehicles, IONIQ 5 V.3 and IONIQ models released thereafter, Hyundai offers 24 months included Premium Roadside Support. Premium Roadside Support commences from the date of the vehicle’s warranty commencement. When you have your Hyundai vehicle’s scheduled service completed at a participating Hyundai Dealer, you will receive 12 months of included Premium Roadside Support from the date of service (or 24 months for new Hyundai battery electric vehicles, IONIQ 5 V.3 and IONIQ models released thereafter). [H5] Sat Nav Update Plan: Applies to new vehicles with both 8” and 10.25” factory-fitted satellite navigation. Updates are delivered annually and are included if the vehicle completes a scheduled service at an authorised Hyundai Service Centre.
